All of our contractors use the MySirenum workforce management app. This allows you to have complete control over when and where you want to work, with shift schedules offered around your preferences. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time or something temporary to fit around unusual hours - we're happy as long as you're happy.
Our hiring principles don't look for specific skills or experience (or lack of it). We look for "people" people. We believe great customer service is driven by a friendly, helpful and proactive attitude above all else. That's not to say it's easy, it's the attitude that's the secret to success.
We place contractors with world-famous clients and national events. Not only does this make for strong experience, but with 60% of our temporary work-force moving on to full-time employment with our clients many of the roles we offer blossom into brilliant careers.
We regularly put our people forward for national excellence awards, industry-leading iniatives and perks. Your success and recognition is something we celebrate as a core value and encourage through training, coaching and regular support.
