All of our contractors use the MySirenum workforce management app. This allows you to have complete control over when and where you want to work, with shift schedules offered around your preferences. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time or something temporary to fit around unusual hours - we're happy as long as you're happy.

How do I register and apply?

We will usually reach out to candidates directly during recruitment drives but if you are interested in working with us please feel free to contact us and speak to a member of our team.

Have you recieved my application?

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an email of acknowledgement which lets you know that we have received your application and our recruiters are actively working on it.

How long does it take to get a response?

Due to the large volume of applicants, you can expect a response time of anything between 1-2 weeks.

How do I know if my application has been successful?

If your application has been successful at the screening stage you will be contacted either through phone or email for an initial telephone interview.

Do I need any experience to work with Proactive?

Yes good customer service skills are required, along with a kind, caring attitude and a love for people.

Do you provide any training?

Yes, we have an in-house training academy where training is provided depending on the job role you have applied for.

What checks do you do?

We take up references and in some roles a DBS (Criminal Record), Fit to Work Medical and Drug & Alcohol test are required - these will be discussed at interview if you are successful.

How long will it be before I start my offer?

You will start once any training shifts are completed, along with getting a clear DBS and Drug & Alcohol test.

Do you provide uniforms?

Some roles do require a uniform and these are provided before you commence your shifts if applicable.

Will my travel be free?

Some of our contracts may provide free travel but this changes role to to role.
